Lee Min-Wei (b. 1993) is a Singaporean film director whose work focuses on exploring the impressionistic qualities of human emotion. A digital nomad previously based in London and New York, Min-Wei holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film & Television from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, specializing in narrative direction and cinematography.

While working as a producer and strategist to create award-winning interactive experiences for clients like HBO, Chanel, IBM, and Hyundai, Min-Wei continues to refine her filmmaking craft in parallel; independently directing and producing short documentaries, narrative shorts, and music videos. Her film “Ripple” (2018) was officially selected by First Run Film Festival (New York) and Oaxaca Film Festival (Mexico). Her music videos have been featured on the international media platform MAFF TV.
