Mae Hweei is a multimedia artist and commercial photographer whose works span from a short film about the life and death of an imaginary friend to an interactive installation where unwanted items and thoughts are discarded and rehomed. She calls both Singapore and Malaysia home and believes that cucumbers are just glorified watermelon rinds.
