I’m Calista Kit, and I live to create using stories. Through my craft, my end goal is to talk to your heart, to explore emotions you never thought you have.I specialise in directing and art direction to which I’ve honed my skills through school and freelancing. I did art assist for the local film “Wonderland” to which I had an opportunity to work with Mocha Chai Laboratories. It opened my eyes to telling stories through time using set design and certain props which I factor in projects I’m on.

I was in Drama Club for my pre-tertiary years which gave me a taste of how sets are as important as your actors. Performing for an audience was my passion and I dabbled into the media to learn more about what goes behind the scenes in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Film, Sound and Video (FSV).

Now, I work as a producer for Comedia which introduced me to content creation. I am excited to hone my skills as a director on different mediums outside of filmmaking. I aspire to work on more film projects and documentaries to bring the story to the audience.
