An aspiring young film editor and filmmaker, Kurt’s previous works include Portrait, made in collaboration with Mapletree, which he served as sound recordist. The film has received international recognition, including the Grand Jury Prize at Bakunawa Fest 12 in the Philippines, as well as awards from university film festivals in the UK, Albania and Cyprus.

Kurt also directed and edited the short film Longkang at the End of the World, which was selected for the Poetry Film Festival 2025.

Kurt has found a deep passion for the post-production process. He genuinely enjoys editing across a variety of creative mediums, actively exploring and refining his craft through indie music videos, engaging documentaries and dynamic short films.

Through this diverse body of work, Kurt’s ultimate goal is to connect with his audience. By showing and telling authentic narratives on screen, he hopes to craft stories that resonate deeply and inspire others long after the credits roll.
