Melanie is a fresh graduate from Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information with a specialization in Film and Broadcast Production and a minor in Modern Languages (Japanese). She has worked to produce several award-winning industry short films, including Temple Crimes (2022) that qualified as an Award Winner at the August 2024 Multi Dimension Independent Film Festival and is part of the official selection for the 5th International Kolkata Short Film Festival. She also works as a freelance producer for TVC campaigns, including Marina Bay Sands’ Room Craft Stories, and her interest in fashion and keen eye for design has led to her endeavors as a Wardrobe Stylist for both public and private TVC campaigns such as for KFC, NAFA, and Temasek Foundation.

As an aspiring creative in film, music and short-form content, Melanie hopes to continue to pursue her passions in songwriting with her band and expand on her repertoire both as a Producer and an online content creator.
