Lionel Seah is a Singaporean writer and director. His debut short film, Holding On, Letting Go (2019), was selected for the Brussels Film Festivals and the Singapore International Film Festival. His most recent film, Withered Blossoms (2024), premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and went on to screen at several international festivals. He is currently developing his debut feature, Three Lives.

His work often explores the impermanent and ever-changing nature of life, seeking to portray the gentle beauty within its transience.
