Haomeng is a composer and keyboardist whose work takes an unconventional approach to subject matter, exploring the boundaries between forms and genres. He is currently president of the National University of Singapore Geyao (歌谣) Society, where he actively brings his band’s performances to wider audiences. His music often reimagines contemporary rock works, particularly those of Omnipotent Youth Society and No Party for Cao Dong. With bold arrangements and provocative stage design, Haomeng has brought his band from underground venues such as WE LiveHouse to established stages like the Gateway Theatre.
