Born in Singapore, Minu Chng is an actress whose work spans both horror and drama short films.

She made her screen debut in You Will See (2022), directed by Kathleen Bu, for whom award-winning Malaysian filmmaker Bradley Liew mentored. The film, Bu’s first horror short, premiered at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival 2022 and went on to screen at Fantasia Film Festival 2023 in Montreal.

In 2025, Minu appeared in Bobo in Bliss, directed by Vivian Ip. Set in a boarding school outside of Singapore, the film explores themes of distance, family expectations, and self-discovery. It had its first screening at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival 2025.

Through these projects, Minu has developed a screen presence that blends emotional nuance with an openness to experimental storytelling. She continues to pursue roles that explore complex human dynamics across different genres.
