Born in the Philippines in 2001 and living in Singapore since 2004, Aeron always had a love and appreciation for art and the animated storytelling media that he was surrounded with during his formative years; from public-broadcast cartoons to blockbuster feature-length films, and even to video games. However, it was not until 2018, when he enrolled in LASALLE’s Diploma in Animation programme, that he was finally to receive a formal education in art and begin his pursuit for a career in the medium that he had for so long been passionate for. As he dabbled in every aspect of animated film production surrounded by equally excited peers with instruction from insightful and knowledgeable mentors, he began to develop his own artistic identity. Graduating from the diploma programme in 2021, and subsequently LASALLE’s BA(Hons) Animation Art programme in 2025 following his police national service stint, he specialises in 2D hand-drawn animation with a particular interest in character design and animation and also possessing a keen eye for storyboarding and cinematography. While he takes a moment to collect himself following the completion of The Rider, he eagerly awaits where his artistic journey will lead him to next.
