Shaista has a robust background in radio, having begun her journey in 2014. Her decade-long career has taken her through various facets of the industry, from running campaigns and organising events, to eventually landing the opportunity to present on Kiss92 and ONE FM 91.3.

Her work also spans commercial shoots and voiceovers, having contributed to a wide range of projects over the years.

With her infectious energy and pulse on what’s current, Shaista brings a dynamic presence, allowing her to connect with audiences in an authentic and engaging way.
Beyond radio and voiceover work, Shaista has also nurtured a growing passion in filmmaking.

She was part of the cast in sighnight (2024), and wore multiple hats in Manhole (2025), helping to shape the film’s art direction and story as producer.
It has since been selected for festivals including Fantasia International Film Festival's
Underground programme (in which it won Special Mention of the Jury) and the Singapore Panorama Programme at SGIFF 2025.
