Titus Hutch Jr is a theatre practitioner with a penchant for producing and writing socially conscious works. As a bilingual playwright and screenwriter, his credits include plotSEA:Thawathotsamat (2025), Radin Mas, Who? (2025), plotSEA: Sang Sinxay (2024) and The Puppet King (2019). His debut short film “Tilam” (2024) was also officially selected for eight international film festivals. Titus is also involved in visual art curation, having produced “The Artist’s Residency” (2022) with REACH and advised the ArtScience Museum on the curation of MENTAL: Colours of Wellbeing (2023). Titus is also a freelance Production Stage Manager, with experience managing Western operas (Paggliaci & Cavalleria Rusticana, 2023), Chinese operas (Quest - The White Hare, Esplanade Theatre, 2023), musicals (Ignite the Sun, SCCC, 2023) and more.
Outside of the arts, Titus is heavily involved in the community. He directed the design and execution of a nationwide mental health conference, “The Next Step for Us”, involving the Ministry of Communication and Information, as well as more than 20 different non-profit organisations and schools. Titus likewise oversees the development of programmes and outreach strategies for the non-profit society OCDNetworkSG.
